TERMS OF USE FOR SERVICES FROM ROOTZ LTD.
<\/em><\/strong>Version 5.1, last updated July 7, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. General<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.1 <\/strong>\u2013 When you register with a Rootz Casino, you enter into an agreement with Rootz Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Rootz Ltd, \u201cwe\u201d or \u201cus\u201d), a company established and licensed for gaming business under Maltese law. Rootz Ltd has registration number C83903 and its registered office is at Ewropa Business Centre, Level 3-701, Dun Karm Street , Malta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2 <\/strong>\u2013 Rootz is licensed and regulated by Malta <\/a><\/a>Gaming<\/a><\/a> <\/a><\/a>Authority <\/a><\/a>(\u201cMGA\u201d) under license number MGA\/B2C\/599\/2018, issued on 30 April 2019.
We offer Type 1 and Type 2 gaming services. The MGA regulates the Games we provide. If you would like to know more about the game providers we use, please contact Customer Support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.3 <\/strong>\u2013 These Terms apply solely to the Player\u2019s use of the games licensed by MGA on the Rootz websites (the \u201cWebsite\u201d), including associated internet, mobile or other platforms via the Website, and other relevant URLs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.4 <\/strong>\u2013 Rootz reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. If the changes are not material, they will apply immediately when they are published on the Website. In the event of material changes, the Player will be prompted to read and accept the changes at the next login in accordance with clause 3.2 of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.5 <\/strong>\u2013 The current version of the Terms and Conditions applies at Caxino Casino <\/a>until a new version is published on the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.6 <\/strong>\u2013 Rootz Ltd is responsible for the overall management of the wallet, deposits and withdrawals. Rootz Ltd.’s liability is, however, limited to funds wagered in the MGA-licensed games and the payment of local jackpots linked to these games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.7 <\/strong>\u2013 These Terms apply to and are binding on you if you participate in MGA licensed games via the Rootz Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.8 <\/strong>\u2013 Before accepting these Terms, you must carefully read and understand them. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you may not use or continue to use the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.9 <\/strong>\u2013 You understand and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future changes. In the event of material changes, you will be prompted to review and accept the changes upon your next login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.10 <\/strong>\u2013 The Terms may be published in multiple languages for information purposes. Only the English version is the legally binding version. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and translated versions, the English text shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
